Hi my name is Jo and I am the owner of Cake Magic. I went to Art College for 5 years before starting as a cake decorator in 1996.
Cake Magic opened in 2003. I have now also been joined by Tammy who I trained previously and Naomi.
I have won a few awards at the Salon Culinaire show which is held at the NEC every two years. On each occasion I have been awarded a Gold Medal and on two out of three occasions I have also won Best in Class in the Novelty cake section.
The cakes we offer are fruit and homemade Madeira or Chocolate sponge. Cup cakes are also available.
In 2008 I expanded the shop by opening "Party Magic" which supplies party ware such as banners, balloons, napkins, plates, loot bags and toys. This is opposite Cake magic in the Strand Centre.
